No welding required, clamps to the factory cage. Teflon lined heim joints and 5/8" quick release pins and hardware allow the carrier to swing open for easy access to bed box. Finished in textured satin black powder coat. Tire studs are 12mm x 1.25
*Most 28" tires will clear the factory Kawasaki storage box. The basket measures approximately 15''x24''.
